Welcome to The Love Story Boutique! We would like to congratulate you on your upcoming special occasion. This will be one of the most memorable days in your life and we would be honored to be a part of it. 

Shop around through our store and let us know if you have any questions. All of our items should give you an excellent idea of what you are purchasing. The colors in all of the photographs are specifically edited to show you the true color so there are no surprises! We take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied. 

We are a mother/daughter team and absolutely love what we do! We use the finest quality materials and make sure that each item is carefully inspected before leaving our hands.

RETURN & EXCHANGE DETAILS:
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase so if for some reason you are not, please let us know within 24 hrs. of receiving your merchandise and we will address your concerns. All under garments are non refundable. We personally inspect all items prior to shipping to ensure that you are receiving quality merchandise, so if you receive an item that has been damaged in transit we kindly ask that you contact us within 24 hrs. of receipt along with a photo of the damaged merchandise so that we can send you a replacement. The item must be returned to us within one week from the date you receive it. A 50% custom order fee will be applied to all returned custom orders. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Payment
We accept payment through Pay Pal and most major credit cards. All orders (with the exception of our Crystal Bridal Bouquets) must be paid in full at the time the order is placed and/or prior to shipping. Please note that you do not need a PayPal account in order to make your payment through PayPal. You can click on the option that says that you do not have a PayPal account and it will take you to the PayPal shopping cart where you can proceed with entering in your credit card information or e-check.
Shipping
Our standard shipping method (unless otherwise noted) within the continental U.S. is United States Post Office (USPS) First Class Mail. If you would like your order to include a signature confirmation and/or Insurance, please make sure to select the proper shipping method.

Most items are shipped out within 3-5 business days from the date your order is placed. As a courtesy to our customers, you will be sent an email once your order has been shipped along with the Tracking number. It is your responsibility to track your package to ensure timely delivery.

Please note for all shipments - once a package has left our possession and is in transit, we can not be held responsible for delivery delays due to inclement weather, acts of nature, or any other circumstance beyond our control. No refund will be given for shipping charges. Any and all items purchased during a sale are FINAL.

For all International orders: 
Please note that you will be responsible for any and all additional import duties/taxes incurred. It is not included in our pricing or shipping fees. We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, loss or damage of merchandise that may occur while in transit. We carefully package each of our pieces and use very strong boxes in addition to providing the appropriate packing inside and out to do our best from our end to ensure that you will receive your item in perfect condition. It is up to you to purchase additional insurance and/or upgrade your shipping method if you would like to take extra precautions.
