This listing is for (1) plain garter SET of any color lace garter we offer (see lace colors in the photo scroll bar above.) All of our garters come beautifully packaged in a keepsake box (as shown in the last photo above) making the perfect gift! Garters in photo show 2"/1" (Keepsake is 2" and Toss garter is 1"). Please do not hesitate to ask us if you have any questions, we are here for YOU! If you do not see a certain color please ask as we can most likely make it for you! :)
HOW TO ORDER:
1. Select your lace color from drop down menu.
2. Select your size from drop down menu
3. Leave your lace width preference (Ex. 2"/1") as well as date needed in the Note to Seller box (during check out).
**All of our garter are custom made, so make sure to select your thigh measurement in the Note Box when you check out. If you do not, we will send you our standard size 20."
To measure your thigh, make sure you are standing up! You can use a soft measuring tape and place it where you would like to wear your keepsake garter or you can use a piece of string and place it against a ruler to get your measurement. Please do not take off inches as we will take in the appropriate amount to ensure a comfortable and snug fit. We will adjust the toss garter according to the measurement of your keepsake garter.
Please allow about 3 to 5 business days to complete your order. If you need it quicker than that please leave your wedding date in the Note Box so we can prioritize our orders to ensure timely delivery!
All orders will be shipped by USPS First Class Mail with tracking and delivery confirmation. (Transit time normally takes 2-3 business days). If you need it sooner, please send us a convo.
We accept payment through Pay Pal and Etsy Direct Checkout. All orders (with the exception of our Crystal Bridal Bouquets) must be paid in full at the time the order is placed and/or prior to shipping. Please note that you do not need a PayPal account in order to make your payment through PayPal. You can click on the option that says that you do not have a PayPal account and it will take you to the PayPal shopping cart where you can proceed with entering in your credit card information or e-check.
Our standard shipping method (unless otherwise noted) within the continential U.S. is United States Post Office (USPS) First Class Mail. If you would like your order to include a signature confirmation and/or Insurance, please let us know prior to purchasing your item as these will result in additional shipping cost.
Most items are shipped out within 3-5 business days from the date your order is placed. As a courtesy to our customers, you will be sent an email once your order has been shipped along with the Tracking number. It is your responsibility to track your package to ensure timely delivery.
If you need Express shipping for any reason, please let us know prior to making your purchase to find out the additional shipping cost involved, to determine the best method. We will then adjust the listing to reflect the additional shipping cost depending on the method that you choose. Please note that PRIORITY STATUS does not mean EXPRESS Shipping, it simply bumps your order to the top of our pile and upgrades your package from First Class to Priority mail.
Please note for all shipments - once a package has left our possession and is in transit, we can not be held responsible for delivery delays due to inclement weather, acts of nature, or any other circumstance beyond our control. No refund will be given for shipping charges. Any and all items purchased during a sale are FINAL.
For all International orders:
Please note that you will be responsible for any and all additional import duties/taxes incurred. It is not included in our pricing or shipping fees. We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, loss or damage of merchandise that may occur while in transit. We carefully package each of our pieces and use very strong boxes in addition to providing the appropriate packing inside and out to do our best from our end to ensure that you will receive your item in perfect condition. It is up to you to purchase additional insurance and/or upgrade your shipping method if you would like to take extra precautions.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase so if for some reason you are not, please let us know within 24 hrs. of receiving your merchandise and we will address your concerns. All under garments are non refundable. We personally inspect all items prior to shipping to ensure that you are receiving quality merchandise, so if you receive an item that has been damaged in shipping we kindly ask that you contact us within 24 hrs. of receipt along with a photo of the damaged merchandise so that we can send you a replacement. The item must be returned to us within one week from the date you receive it. A 50% custom order fee will be applied to all returned custom orders. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
